The Culture HealthScorecard was created by our Legacy Leadership Partners in the United States and is a major part of Legacy Leadership Canada's framework.

It serves as:

  • A credible, structured way to help clients see what is often invisible

Culture Health Scorecard License

All members of Legacy Leadership Canada are required to hold an active license to use the Culture Health Scorecard with clients in Canada.

The Culture Health Scorecard is created and owned by our Legacy Leadership Partners in the United States, and licenses are purchased directly through them. Legacy Leadership Canada stewards the use of the tool within the network to ensure ethical, consistent, and effective application.

This protects the integrity of the tool and supports the practitioner.

Training, Support, & Tools

How to administer the scorecard, interpret results responsibly, debrief leadership teams effectively. Includes ethical use guidelines and best practices.

In addition, members receive access to all current and future tools created by Legacy Leadership Canada, including worksheets, frameworks, and resources that can be customized with their own branding and logos for client use.

These tools are designed to complement the scorecard and strengthen client engagement without replacing members’ existing methodologies.

The 3.5-4 Hour "Building Trust & Healthy Conflict" full workshop, including customizable workbook, PowerPoint Deck and word-for-word teaching script will be available immediately upon membership acceptance.

Shared Learning Sessions

Quarterly group learning experiences. Topics: Leadership and culture, building a sustainable coaching/consulting business, boundaries/burnout/longevity, Canadian market realities.
